RAWE - SHIPPING POLICY:
All orders are shipped directly from our manufacturing facility in Izmir, Türkiye and delivered to your home.
ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES AND CHARGES
Standard Shipping will be made within 2-7 business days, shipping costs will be covered by the seller, estimated delivery time is 7 – 30 days.
PREVIOUS ORDERS:
The shipping date is stated on our website. Delivery of pre-orders may take additional time depending on your shipping location and other factors. The estimated shipping date for each pre-order is stated on our website.
SHIPPING:
All delivery carriers provide tracking information after your order is shipped. Deliveries are made during weekday business hours, excluding public holidays. Please note that delivery may be delayed during holiday seasons and sales periods. Delivery is considered complete when the carrier drops off the products at your designated address. At this point, product liability passes to you. A signature may be required from someone at the delivery address to confirm delivery. We primarily work with our contracted courier company for our shipments and delivery times will vary depending on the destination. Please note that there are limited delivery services available in some regions. International Orders (Including EU) All orders arriving in a country outside of Turkey must go through customs procedures and customs fees (import duties and taxes) may be applied by the local Customs in the country of delivery. Customs fees vary depending on the country of delivery. Rawe has no control over such fees. These fees vary by country and are generally 15% to 30% of the total amount of your order value plus the shipping fee. If your product is subject to any fees, the customer will be contacted directly by the authorized courier company via email or phone to pay the required amount. Any customs duty or import tax incurred is the responsibility of the customer and RAWE cannot be held responsible for any of these fees. In addition, the buyer is directly responsible for complying with all local import requirements, laws, regulations and rules that may apply in relation to these. Therefore, our third-party delivery agent companies may contact you and ask you to provide documentation (Tax code, ID card, Proof of Payment, Power of Attorney) which may vary depending on the local customs authority. Please note that this process may delay the delivery time as goods held in customs can only be released after the necessary charges to the local authorities have been paid. To ensure that your order reaches you within the stated delivery times, we recommend that you provide all necessary documentation to the carrier as soon as possible. Estimated delivery times for international orders exclude the time required for customs clearance. In the event of a return, a full refund will be given excluding shipping costs and the cost of returning the product to our warehouse in Türkiye, excluding any import fees which we may cover. Prices include VAT and will be calculated and displayed at checkout. As our products are shipped directly from our workshop in Türkiye, our third-party delivery agent companies may need to contact you and ask you to provide documentation (Tax code, ID card, Proof of Payment, Power of Attorney) for customs clearance purposes. In case of a return, a full refund will be given, excluding shipping costs, including any local sales taxes and the cost of returning the product to our warehouse in Türkiye. Rest of the World All orders arriving to a country outside of Turkey must go through customs clearance and customs fees (import duties and taxes) may be imposed by the local Customs in the country of delivery. Customs fees vary depending on the country of delivery. RAWE has no control over such fees. Customs fees are generally determined by the total order value including the shipping cost. If any customs fees are incurred, the customer will be contacted directly by the authorized courier company via email or phone to arrange payment.
