To Whom and for What Purpose The Processed Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your personal data collected in line with the fulfillment of the Purposes listed above; may be transferred to consultants and other technical service providers to whom we provide services within the scope of our legitimate interest, and to legally authorized public institutions and legally authorized private organizations within the scope of being clearly stipulated in laws and fulfilling our legal obligations, in accordance with the rules regarding the transfer of personal data specified in Article 8 of the Law within the scope of the data processing conditions regulated in Article 5 of the Law.

Some cookies used on the Platform are provided by third-party service providers other than the Company. Transfers within this scope; are carried out based on the legal reason for the existence of a standard contract announced by the Board, which includes matters such as data categories, purposes of data transfer, recipients and recipient groups, technical and administrative measures to be taken by the data recipient, and additional measures taken for special categories of personal data.

Rights of the Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of the Law

As the data subject, we inform you that you have the following rights in accordance with Article 11 of the Law:

• To request information if your personal data has been processed,

• To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,

• To know the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,

• To request correction of your personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,

• To request the erasure or destruction of your personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing have disappeared, despite being processed in accordance with the Law and other relevant laws, and to request notification of the transaction made within this scope to third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,

• To object to the emergence of a result against you by analyzing your processed data exclusively through automated systems,

• To request compensation for damages in case your personal data is processed unlawfully.

To exercise your rights listed above, you can submit your request, which contains the necessary information to identify you and your explanations regarding the right you want to exercise; by filling out the Data Subject Application form on our website, bringing it in person to the address “Alsancak Mah. Atatürk Cad. No:368 İç Kapı No:14 Konak İZMİR” or sending it via notary public, or sending a signed copy of the form to the KVKK Information request info@studiorawe.com address with your registered electronic mail address with a secure electronic signature. Your applications will be concluded by our Company free of charge as soon as possible and within a maximum of 30 (thirty) days depending on the nature of your request; however, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be requested from you according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
