RAWE - RETURN POLICY:
Rawe is happy to offer free returns for all online orders. Please note that online purchases cannot be returned in our physical stores.
If you are interested in a product in a different size or color, please return the product(s) and place a new order.
Return labels must be used within 7 days of receipt and cannot be reissued. Each label is single-use and valid only for approved products. Please ensure the return is completed within this timeframe.
CONDITION OF RETURNED PRODUCTS
Products must be unworn, unused, and in a saleable condition.
They must be in their original packaging (box, packaging, protective elements inside) with all tags and labels still attached.
SHIPPING METHOD FOR RETURNS
We offer a return service with the shipping company that provided the return waybill.
Rawe is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipping.
Please ensure all return packages are securely packaged and shipped using a trackable, insured service.
Please note that all purchased items must be returned in their original packaging. Items returned in alternative packaging will be automatically rejected.
In case of product return, the shipping cost belongs to the buyer.
RETURN PROCESSES
Once we receive the item(s) you are returning, we will process your return within 5-7 business days.
Refunds will be made to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.
You will be notified of the return status after the returned items have been inspected.
Refunds for returns will reflect the price stated on our website during your order.
AUTHORIZATION FOR RETURNS
Items returned without filling out the return form and obtaining prior authorization will be automatically rejected.
To request a return, please submit a return form through our returns page or contact our customer service team for assistance.
If your return is not authorized, we will notify you via email.
RETURN PERIOD
You have 14 days from the delivery date of your products to request a return and send them back.
SPECIAL PROVISIONS:
Your exchange request will be answered via email. For exchange, the address of our head office is the addressed location and all shipping costs belong to you.
You can deliver your package to the nearest contracted Cargo branch by writing the Contracted Cargo customer code sent to you by email. Please keep your tracking number with you.
When the products received by us are examined for compliance with the exchange conditions and your exchange request is approved, the new product will be sent to you again.
Products that do not comply with the exchange conditions will not be accepted and will be sent back with payment on delivery.
Exchange Conditions:
The exchange process is done once only. A second exchange cannot be made.
Exchange is absolutely not made for used, original condition lost, and tagless products.
Exchange of products damaged due to use (torn, deformed, broken, etc.) is not accepted.
Exchange of products tried while wearing strong-smelling perfumes or a deodorant that can leave a mark is not accepted.
Exchange is not made for free or promotional products sent as part of the order, if any, along with all products sent. For the exchange of any product within the set, all products within the set must be sent together. Separate exchange is not made. If a single product from the set is sent, the new arrivals will not accept the exchange and will only perform the product exchange if all products are sent.
The package is under the customer's responsibility until it reaches the exchange address. New arrivals do not bear any responsibility for packages damaged or lost during shipping. Please ensure your packages are well-packaged and sent with a trackable, insured company.
Refund Processes:
After we receive your returned item, it may take 3-5 days to process your refund depending on your bank, this matter is between you and your bank. Once the transaction is complete you will receive an email confirmation of this. The refund will be made using the same payment method used to make the purchase. After we receive and process your return, it may take up to 14 business days for your refund to appear on your payment card statement. Please contact your bank if your refund has not been credited to your account.
Pre-Order Items:
We offer a pre-order option on some of our products to our customers. Please note that shipping dates on pre-order items are only estimates and products are not guaranteed to ship on the listed date. All Pre-Order items are subject to delays and cancellations during production. The customer will be notified accordingly in this case.
